I’m excited to announce that today, along with my 11 esteemed colleagues of The Twelve, have become a New York Times bestselling author. Our collection DEADLY DOZEN hit the USA Today bestseller list last week, and we learned that it has hit 2 New York Times bestseller lists as well.

Since I began this writing journey, this had always been a dream. And now that it’s happened, the most overwhelming sensation I feel is gratitude. I’m humbled that I got to be part of such a wonderful group of people in The Twelve. I’m also so grateful that I have such warm, loving, and encouraging readers and online friends who have supported me throughout the years.

Of course, I have to honor and thank my amazing, beautiful wife who always cheers me on, gives me sage counsel, and never lets me give in to discouragement. She’s also the mother of my wonderful children who make me laugh, and inspire me with fresh ideas and perspectives. Thank you guys for putting up with my writing schedule and full time writer’s brain!

Most of all, I thank God, to whom we in The Twelve prayed very often, for inviting me to be part of something so much bigger than I can imagine. After all, who am I? I’m just a simple kid who grew up in Brooklyn, NY to a humble family. I never dreamed anything like this would happen. And I certainly see this as a gift, rather than something I’ve earned. Happy to see it that way, because in the end, every good and perfect gift comes from above. And once again, I am blessed to be touched by His grace.

Thank you, dear friends for being with me and allowing me to share this moment. It will be one to remember, for certain!
